“Children Will Be Furious” is the third album by the Hamburg band Palila. The indie rock trio continues to evolve in terms of punch, power, groove, and compositional density, creating even rawer and, at times, more aggressive songs than before. Palila cites bands like Built To Spill, Guided By Voices, Dinosaur Jr., Nada Surf, Pixies, and the early Smashing Pumpkins as influences, but they create their own unique sound, which has already landed them on Orange Blossom Special and Rolling Stone Beach, among others.
