Unfortunately, we have to inform you that, for the time being, we are suspending shipping to the EU.

The reason for this is the new EU Packaging Regulation, which requires expensive registration and a local representative for each individual country of delivery — even if we only send a single package there per year.

This would result in costs in the range of several hundred to several thousand euros per country, while the penalties for non-compliance are considerably higher.

 

We simply cannot afford these additional costs.

We hope that the revision of the legislation, which is expected to take place later this year, will reverse these unreasonable requirements and allow us to resume shipping to all EU countries.
